Check out this full-color version of our monthly newsletter, O.C.Space. A recent issue is posted here for viewing as a sample of what our members can choose to receive in the future. It's also an example to the public to see the type of quality they can receive with their membership. Existing OCSS members can upgrade their membership at no additional cost to receive their newsletter as a PDF file via E-mail rather than receiving the printed copy in the mail. New members can also choose this option at signup. There are several benefits to receiving the color version via E-mail. First, members will not have to wait for their newsletter to arrive via "snail mail." We have had reports from members saying that their newsletters either never arrive via mail, or they arrive damaged. This won't happen with the E-mailed file! Plus, members will be able to better enjoy the coverage of O.C.Space in full color. Members will still be able to print out their copies of O.C.Space, but only if they wish to, thereby saving paper. And last but not least, sending O.C.Space to our members electronically will enable OCSS to lower our two most significant expenses each month -- newsletter printing and postage. Our funds can then go into making the chapter better through display work and public outreach efforts. So, take a look and send your comments to our president, Larry Evans.
